Accounting and Financial Management: The handling of large amounts of financial information from various clients and services called for special arrangements of dealing with intricate transactions to ensure that reports generated were accurate, more so in compliance with the laid down regulations.

Real-Time Insights and Notifications: Collecting timely and relevant insights for clients alongside promoting push notifications of more than 50,000 pieces a day presupposed the necessity of having a secure and tight-knit application.
Pre-Sales Software Limitations: The pre-sales software that was available in the organization was not serving to be flexible and integrated enough to ease the sales glossary and thus was causing unproductive heinous strains and possible chance to exploit.
Elimination of Oracle Fusion Licensing Costs: As an added advantage, by moving to ERPNext, Falcon-i was able to do away with annual recurring license charges that were charged by Oracle Fusion.
Facilitating Organization-Wide Digitization: Being an open-source ERP solution, ERPNext helped Falcon-i in digitizing all its operations, with the multiple user capabilities and better resource management and business growth for multiple ERPs at operatic level.
Migration of HR and Payroll Management: The full implementation of Falcon-i’s HR and the payroll function into ERPNext made the change easier and allow for efficiency of processes, precision in calculations, and fast processing of/payrolls within the organization.
Custom CRM Integration with ERPNext: Integrating APIs for a customized CRM, created a smooth data flow and better interaction with existing clients, with ERPNext.

ERPNext Replaced Oracle Fusion: Falcon-i implemented Oracle Fusion to ERPNext which helps the company to make various changes in enterprise resource planning in several departments with more integration.
Accounting: Deliverydevs presented an ERPNext accounting module that simplified the work of Falcon-i for managing the financial part, making complex transactions, as well as automating tax compliance and report generation.
